I am somewhat disappointed with my service on this piece. the anklet broke within 1 day of wearing it and i contacted customer service. they said i needed to return it for a replacement. i would have spent more on the postage than i would have on the item so i asked them if they could send me a replacement. i never heard back from them so i sent another email saying i was going to just chock it up to a loss. never heard anything back. i will be hesitant to purchase again if they can't work with you.
